1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using PlayerPage ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. User Accounts & Portfolios
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and maintaining accurate, truthful information on your athletic profile (including club history, physical statistics, and representation contacts). Impersonating other players, agents, or scouts is strictly prohibited.
3. Subscriptions & Custom Domains
PlayerPage offers optional premium tiers (annual memberships) unlocking custom domain routing (e.g., yourname.com), priority scout analytics, and unlimited match footage hosting. Subscription fees are billed in advance on an annual basis via Stripe.
4. Content & Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to any match photos, highlights, resumes, and bio descriptions uploaded to your portfolio. By uploading content, you grant PlayerPage a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and display this content solely for the purpose of operating your portfolio.
5. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon termination, your public portfolio will be deactivated and your data permanently deleted from our primary servers.
